@panndemic - on the contrary, I think they should just stop throwing aroun 9.5s like they used to up until some time ago. At some point it just gets ridiculous..MGS4 and GTA 4 10s? herp derp!

also, games like Braid, Uncharted 2, Shadow of colossus etc are proof that its the quality that matters, not quantity. I loved fallout 3 btw, one of the best games of the last decade, maybe even all time.

The time of GoW is over, its time to make something else in its place.

Like some others here, I'm going to play this game despite the fact that I havent played a JRPG in ages; I'm not really a fan of JRPGs in fact, but I'll definitely check this game out.

I just dont get the hate and the backlash, DMC 2 was crap, 3 was overrated and 4 was a step back. It wasn't like the series was that great to begin with, except the first DMC which was a new thing back then. I have yet to play this though.

@jcwainc you're assuming that only 25 percent of the people who played both games thought it was a good game...fact is, from the comments and feedback I'm reading, and the amount of people who have rated the game, Dishonored was not played by many people compared to Borderlands, Halo 4, far cry 3 etc it just was not popular enough compared to other AAA titles

while I havent played any of these games its just sad that some people seem to think that quantity is worth more than quality. Some of the best games I've played in my life have had less than 15 hours of gameplay. I enjoyed those 10 hours on Braid and 12 hours on Shadow of colossus far more than the dozens I spent on Oblivion and GTA 4.

Anyways, GS once again shows the finger to its community..."you think we're paid off eh...now lets see what you bozos think!"

Anyways, RDR totally deserved the win back in 2010, and the backlash was perplexing, to say the least. So I can safely take the reaction here with a pinch of salt.
