That's true, gaming was a lot harder back then, but I thought it wouldn't be so hard, regardless of the amount of time I last played these games. I need to practise more and get used to the controls. It's just not one of those things that you can pick back up easily, like riding a bike again :p.

Having grown up on the NES, Mega drive, SNES etc. I was pretty good at what I was playing when i was a kid. Nowadays, I've been getting all the old titles back to what I always played and I just suck at them so bad it's ridiculous. Have you seen yourself getting worse as you get older or is it just me :/

Thanks for the link, only problem now is I've read it doesn't work on certain Wii firmware... which my wii is upgraded with the latest. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Can you still buy this? I searched ebay but no results. Also, will this disc work on my (b/c) Wii? This freeloader would make it so much better for me to be able to play NTSC games considering certain PAL games are expensive and rare.

Just ordered a PSP and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations, don't particularly mind about the genre but prefer RPG's and action games

For RPGs, definitely check out the Ys series. The Oath in Felghana, 1 and 2 Chronicles and Seven. There's also Final Fantasy IV, Crisis Core, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. Although these are all JRPGs. Not sure if you're referring to western or Japanese games.

I think I'll give it another go then. I'm just not a fan of the Wii controller so I guess it's worth another shot for a different controller. From what I remember, it did have an awesome soundtrack too so I might use that to motivate myself to try it again :o

I never finished this game before and kinda lost interest halfway through, but I think that may have been because I was playing it with the Wii controller. I have access now to play the Gamecube version, but could controllers simply make a difference to the experience to this game? Not sure wether to to give it another shot or not?

Having grown up on the NES, seeing Zelda in 3D come to life was a huge thing for me as a kid, and I still remember everything about the day OoT was released. My friends came around, we were all in awe, countless sleepless nights and was the most memorable gaming experience I had.

Four Swords Adventures was more of a zelda spin off. Pretty different from the rest of the series... Quite a good game too.
