Greetings my dearest friends. Been while since since Euro 2016, eh. How is it going?
Soooo... over the past couple of years, I seem to have lost a lot of hair. People kept telling me that all the time, but I kept dismissing and denying, until last month when I finally realized and admitted that I've lost a good load of hair. Thirty percent of the whole thing, at least. Oh and for the record, I'll be 23 years old just in seven days.
What's really shocking here is that, my brother, father, uncle and grand-father all have crazy full hair, the kind that is guaranteed to fully regrow lifelong. Twice as full as mine. I'm the only defect among them. I suspected that could have something to do with depression and anxiety, but the doc said I must've inherited some bad genes from my mother's side of the family (maternal grand-dad or uncle). I've taken his medication for roughly a month, but, you guessed it, no results thus far.
This thing has literally blown me off my mood, gnawing away at my confidence (and most likely, reducing my chances of getting laid from nearly zero to absolutely zero :P). For instance I missed today's Russian class because I looked at the mirror in the rest room five minutes before the class started off, and I was absolutely depressed by what I saw, so much so that I decided to skip the class altogether and go home and take a nap (duh, that's stupid I know).
SO my dearest buds, what do you think? Have you experienced hair loss? If yes, how did you mange to overcome the grief? Have you got any tips for you little kid brother?
