Not too happy with the Razer mouse I got a few years ago. It looks and feels nice but the horizontal axis sometimes locks randomly. It appears to be a driver issue since rebooting resolves the issue. Updating firmware has not corrected the problem.
@yeah_28 I liked RE4, but I agree it wasn't really a survival horror game. Games that tried to reproduce the old formula sine RE4 have failed miserably.
These games need to milk the suspense. SH Homecoming blew its load all over the place way too early in the game and it became a chore. It also needs crappy controls ;)
@Cypress131 @trdrstv @spammehardo That's right. At work we typically recommend clients who are too cheap to upgrade the OS on their SQL Servers to implement PAE.
@Cypress131 @ecs33 hmmm..that would be a good test actually. A PC would require more overhead but I would bet that with a 1 GB, 256 VRAM machine I could run a game with graphics identical to that of a typical PS3 game.
I suppose 8 GB should be enough. Question is will this be triple channel or dual channel? Given that it's 8 it may just be dual channel. But the difference is honestly minimal so it may be cost effective to just go with dual.
@JBStone1981 @ecs33 Well..I don't think their talking about VRAM. I know PS4 consoles are utilizing 600 series nvidia cards (or equivalent ATI I forget), so there will be plenty of vram.
