Hey guys! Back again with another one of my reviews. This one for The Long Reach. An older title having released back in 2018. It sat on my backlog for a bit and I really wanted to check it out. Finally got some free time so here we are! Just a heads up the review has very light to no spoilers in it. Just right for someone interested in picking this up or checking out what the game is all about!

The game industry has gone through many changes in the last couple decades. Back in the late 2000s, open world craze was where it was at. And, there was something else on the horizon, mobile gaming. Pandemic studios was caught right in the middle of it all with EA having snatched them up in an acquisition. An acquisition that eventually lead to the studio shutting down. But, not before they were able to release an open world game of considerable work. An open world game many in the industry may have forgotten or as time rolls on never heard of. A game that could have been a franchise, Saboteur. This is it's story:

Hey guys! This month been a slow one but I was able to plow through this sweet little title. Paying homage to the old Resident Evil titles, Daymare 1998 tries to deliver some of that nostalgia blast that we seek from those particular titles. What I found is that it succeeded almost too well. Following the hangups that those old titles had as well or even worse. But, in it all, something continued to draw me back to finish out the gameplay. A satisfaction I felt with every headshot. A creepy feeling nestled in my heart behind every dark corner. Daymare 1998 is a clone of a past title gone-by presented in today's world. And, it might be worth a look.

For a more in-depth review....check out this video...it helps me out tremendously!

Hey guys! Been a hot minute since I last posted. I review this puzzle platformer which offered a really interesting take on the genre and a story. For the full review please check out this video as the foot traffic is widely appreciated!

Slay the Spire came out of early access this year and launched. It has a lot what makes a great Indie title stand out. Roguelike, light progression, interesting concepts and well done. I think a lot of what Dead Cells did by making a hybrid Metroidvania last year and Slay The Spire seems to tackle this in the same fashion except with cards.

It's refreshing. I love when I see developers doing something that really stands out. But, most importantly, it is a really great game that may be getting a little overlooked. In my Indie Special Report, I talk about some of the mechanics and what makes this title so great. If you are interested the link is down below.

I'm sure a lot of us remember those simpler times when we were tucked into bed and told a story of a land that seemed impossible. A place where dragon's lived or strange wonderful devices existed. Figment tries to snag a hold of this and spin it into a more modern take. Taking many tropes from classic tales of old, it spins it's own unique storyline and presents it with voice acting, a little combat, interesting graphics and some nice puzzle solving. Overall, this was an interesting game to play through and one that I think some people will find right up their alley.

As always, I have a full review for the title presented here. Hope you enjoy it and have a great day gaming!

Hey guys! Today, I take a look at Rise and Shine and give me overall impressions and review of the title. Rise and Shine is an interesting blend of action adventure platforming/side scrolling and what I label as, "Duckhunt" segmenting. This title got published for Xbox one and the PC by Adult Swim and garnered some reviews and attention but with so many titles of this type coming out, it quickly got swallowed by the bender we are in now where a game is literally released every hour if not more. :)

Well, anyways. This is my thoughts and review and I hope you enjoy it. Until next time!

Hey guys! Back again with another review. In this one I peel back the layers of Momodora Reverie Under The Moonlight. This little gem of a title came out in 2016 and I think it flew under the radar of a lot of people that enjoy this particular Metroidvania-style game like Hollow Knight. Hope you enjoy the review!

Hey guys! About once a month I drop a review on here. So far this month, I've been able to plow through and review How To Survive. An older title from 2013, but one that was worth checking out once I watched the reveal trailer. Hope you guys enjoy it and head over to my channel and subscribe if you like this content and are interesting in helping me out with a sub count. Have a great day gaming!

Hey guys! Bringing back one of my reviews to the channel. In this we look at an older released title from 2015, but one that may have missed a lot of attention at the time. With the Indie scene continually growing and retro-nostalgic titles, Odallus stands out as one to take a look at that has came out in the last five years. Hope you enjoy the review!
