You know articles like this use to piss me off(cuz im such a fan of the franchise), but now that I've decided to purchase a high end pc i can play the REAL civilization games. I use to be strictly console based(own civ revolution & still play it to this day), but I'll admit that pc's have more of the games i like to play i can't get on consoles. Still for fans of this franchise who only have consoles all i can say is save up for a pc(not just for the Civ games obviously).
Getting the game, but would like a remaster of 1 & 2. I find that the play of the pre-existing games before the new one drops enhances the experience and further immerses you into its lore. That being said this is one of the only remasters i personally can support. Company's in my opinion are over doing it to an extent. But hey if there's a market for it have at it. Pretty sure you can tell im on no ones side. Lol
At this point dlc is useless to me. I own a ps4, but after watching some police patrol videos on youtube this past weekend I've decided to invest in a high powered PC. Im not jumping on the whole MASTER RACE bandwagon, but with all the mods being developed i just found out how restricted consoles really are. Don't get me wrong i love all consoles(not a fanboy), but a whole new world of gaming has just now been discovered for me.
When everything goes digital thats the day i stop playing games. Im old school give me the physical copy all day. Drop the digital prices for the ppl who buy into it. Why the hell should ppl still have to pay $60 for the same product only in digital form?
