Picked up No More Heroes. I probably shouldn't buy any more games for a year because I have six in my backlog currently which is more than I ever have and what I'm comfortable with.
Heard from a podcast these are the ports of the phone versions. Let that sink in. GSG ported these from the phones and R* let them do it. I went out tonight and got the ps2 versions. We have to send them a strong message that they can't do this anymore. I don't want to see this same treatment to IV.
Tommy's looking a little too fortnitey for my taste. But eh, I'm sure they'll be good after some post-release hot fixes. Not picking this up because I've enjoyed the PS2 versions enough to not want to go back. With these out, I hope they're currently working on IV remaster.
I'm curious to see what the new stuff is. Modes like parachuting need to be removed. Clean up the quick job menu on the phone. I wish R* would give the pvp mode some attention. BST and quad damage need to be removed and better team balancing needs to be implemented for starters.
I would mind a little 3rd-person view team deathmatch or free-for-all 5v5 to 8v8 for a change. No gadgets or abilities. You run around a map, look for someone to headshot until you get headshot yourself then you respawn in a couple seconds and go again till the timer hits zero. We can't do that any more? It's always gotta be BR or survival or a hero shooter or PvEvP from now on. There is gta v that fit's that description but R* doesn't care about their pvp modes and the game is infested with hackers.
