“Major changes,” my ass. Reaper is still in a terrible spot, and this patch unintentionally nerfed him in some way, as it now takes more shots to kill targets at any range but close range due to the less random spread.

They didn’t change Mercy’s Resurrect like we begged for, they didn’t change Reaper’s Shadow Step like we begged for, and they didn’t change Symmetra’s Photon Barrier and Teleporter like we begged for. All this Mercy “buff” does is make her heal just as much as he used to during her Ultimate and charge her Ultimate almost as fast as she used to (2% slower, rather than 17% slower). Mercy is still worse than she was before her healing nerf. Reaper is still one of the worst damage heroes, Symmetra still relies too much on teamwork and still has an awful Ultimate, and they didn’t even nerf Hanzo, Brigitte, or Doomfist, nor did they buff Bastion, etc.

They recycle events because they want to “focus on balancing the game,” yet the balance patches barely change any heroes and don’t change them in any significant way. They have clearly stopped listening to the player base.
