[QUOTE="CraigNinten"]well, MP3 is developed by nintendo, CoD5 is developed by a nameless small group which I dont even know it is exist, so, which do you perfer?alexh_99
Wrong. MP3 is published by nintendo. Not developed. and if you want to take publishers into account Activision Published CoD5. And i think you miight have heard of them once or twice before

Retro IS Nintendo. They are 100% owned. It'd be like if Nintendo EAD or Tokyo was called *insert name here* Studios.

Metroid isn't a shooter game, durp. It's an action-adventure game. And it's miles better than CoD WaW (miles better than the superior PC/360/PS3 versions too).

CoD WaW is the same generic crap we've been playing for years now.

Yes, it is a huge difference. Much much clearer, but at a price. Some games (like Zelda) have more apparent jaggies. After an hour or so, you get used to them I guess, because it's hard to notice...or something (it's wierd how it works). Zelda looks stunning after you "get used" to them. Still, I hear CRT HDs are the best way to go when playing Wii and to get rid of those jaggies or make them harder to see or something.

All in all I'd say I'd rather live with the jaggies and have the much clearer, colorful image then the blurry mess that was composite. Oh and turning the sharpness down a little helps with the jaggies, too.

Ok is the there an alternative solution (different card, inexpensive PSU replacement, etc)

I'm probably going to have to build a new PC tho. I just hate starting from scratch (wouldn't want to reuse anything I've got) and that can be quite expensive (if I'm going to build, I ought to buy the best or near that).

I got it from a computer store. I know nothing about PSUs, but I just need one at the time (my old one wouldn't output enough for my new mobo mymy brother says who helped me build it). But here goes this is what I can see on the sticker:

Okia LC-8460BTX

Then it says

AC ip 115/230v~ | 10/6A | 60/50HZ

D/C op 3.3v| +5v| 12V1| +12V2| -12V| +5VSB

22A |15A |14A | 16 A |.3A |2.5A

I hope this makes sense.

I'm guessing it's pretty crappy,,,

I want to get this GPU, price seems good.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150316

It says minimum PSU watt requirement: 400.

My PSU says TOTAL OUTPUT: 450W MAX.

This may seem like a dumb question, but can my PSU handle it? I'm not sure if it's saying that it needs 400 watts for the GPU or what. Or if it would be good period. If it will work but run like poo, lemme know.

Also, how do I tell if my mobo can handle it as well? A way to tell using software would be good.

Hey guys, I'm getting a 360 soon but I'm not sure what I should get. I'm not into FPS on consoles and have CoD4 and BioShock on PC. I'm getting GTA and Burnout Paradise and I like "Nintendo-like" games like action adventures, platforming, etc. Not really into RPGs (except Oblivion looks kinda cool I guess cuase it's really a WRPG).

Thanks.

Yeah, I just turned the tint down 5 numbers and the game looks freaking amazing. No jaggies either. Make sure you're sitting far enough back, I only notice jaggies up close (and some in the hub...the hub sucks though).

I agree that it was a huge mistake, but frames per second have nothing to do with an HDD (it's more how they chose to emulate the consoles as closely as they were, right down to the shoddy FPSs). And the created stages in Smash don't disappear after 24 hours, the daily featured stages you can download does.

I'd like a HDD, though.

Of course. For one, they could get it up to Xbox 360/PS3 standard (which I believe is pretty much the pinnacle of graphics) next gen, and come up with some better motion tracking devices (IR is excellent, the others could use some definite improvement).

I'm not really concerned with these things now though.
