Do you think Axl could be getting confused by Harmonix putting Chinese Democracy in it's entirety into the Rock Band franchise? I mean, Shackler's Revenge was on the RB2 disc, which released before the album was even released. I'm sure the deal to put Shackler's Revenge included the licensing of the rest of the Chinese Democracy album as DLC for the Rock Band franchise. I would be willing to bet that Axl just got Activision's deal confused with the Harmonix deal.

The only DLC I buy, is for rhythm games. That sort of DLC is understandable, and continues to be developed after the game is launched. I have absolutely no problem buying all of the Rock Band DLC every week, long after the launch of the games. Game companies that withhold content to be sold as DLC later on make me sick though. I will not support this practice. I don't buy that sort of DLC, and I pick up those games used.
