For the price? It's still worth it. It's a more affordable option than anything on the market right now for how many channels you get. As along as you have solid internet it's not bad at all. I hardly think that MTV and SPIKE is a deal breaker for everyone. You will be paying at least $120 on a normal cable plan. I'm happy with it and I'm definitely going to upgrade to get HBO and SHOWTIME. I would recommend Vue for anyone looking for a more affordable option.

It's a nicer looking console but ps4 has the exclusives I like. The last guardian coming up...god of war....horizon zero dawn...plus the ps4 pro? I still can't buy this system for some reason I just refuse to pay 2 online fees for 2 consoles when I'm just 1 person lol. But I'm not gonna lie I miss the hell out of gears

@edhc44: yeah the GameCube was under powered and the controller was just plain awkward. If they made a system powerful enough to compete with the Scorpio and the ps4 pro...they would dominate the market. They have a top notch exclusive game list. Imagine playing Mario kart and then later playing Battlefield 1 on the same system? I would buy that so fast.

And Sony just confimred that they will not charge for patches for ps4 pro. no worries

Problem is that MOD support and console gaming just don't go together.who knows what can people can do with mods. That means no restriction to the user. I understand why they won't don't it. If you like MODS then play on PC as that is PC domain and always will be. Simple as that

This is not Sony's choice. Developers choice and I guarantee in some instances it will be paid based on if it's a free to play game or not. But call of duty won't cost more. Uncharted will have a free pro upgrade along with a ton of other titles. Any new game will not charge you for the upgrade. Just so it's clear to everyone. Yes I know this because I know people that are currently in development tight now and they confirmed.
