I think it’s getting harder for MS to make new ips, devs want to create and own their creations and not have big publisher make all the cash on the new ip they’ve created, that’s why Bungie and Insomniac wanted to go independent

Sony and MS already have studios that are working on a few new ips but both don’t really have many games coming out
