Honestly if they never made another one I'd be perfectly happy.

They are too obsessed with churning movies out these days. They make something awesome, milk the **** out of it till it dies and then move on. If we are lucky.

Why the **** isn't one awesome movie good enough anymore?

Fucking Quentin Tarantino gets it. He makes mainly one off movies and still manages to knock it out of the park every single time.

Hopefully it is better than it looks.

Seems to me the entire hype of this thing has been based off the fact people liked Shadow of the Colossus because frankly the footage I've seen so far is average at best.

Personally I played Shadow of the Colossus and Ico a few months ago and they might be two of the most overrated games I've ever experienced. They control like shit and they haven't aged well at all.

Ico was tedious as ****.

More like Nintendo is in denial trying to convince themselves they still have a grip on reality, when it is very clear they have no fucking clue what normal people want and haven't known since the fucking 90s.

Gamecube failed. Wii sold a lot but it was a massive gimmick, ended up sat next to everyone's TV unplayed for five years and even Nintendo have abandoned the shitty motion controls. Wii U was just an out and out disaster.

In one way or another Nintendo hasn't been a serious figure in gaming for GENERATIONS.

@jpw2001: Well no lowering resolution is fine when going to a smaller screen. 720p on a small screen looks great.

It's a selling point to anyone who wants to play games on a 6 inch screen. Which I don't.

I'm happy with how gaming is now. On a flat screen at 1080p. Which the Switch might be able to do but in that case what makes Switch special for me and what can it do that the other consoles can't?

Other than the mobility why should I care?

I think they are putting all of their eggs in one basket and I think you are overestimating how strong that basket really is.

I personally couldn't care less about anything Switch has shown so far and it seems the share holders don't have much faith in it either because Nintendo's stocks took a dive today.
