We have both Splatoon and Lego: Jurassic World sitting on our shelf ready to go but haven't started them yet. Can't wait though, two worth choices I'm sure! :)

Haven't seen either of the last two movies yet, but plan on getting around to it eventually. Loved the book series, the middle story was my favourite. I love Jennifer Lawrence, so watching these films is a no brainer for me!

We've already watched the first three Home Alone movies this year, and one of our networks is having a Home Along marathon this weekend, so we'll probably watch them again!! My favourite Christmas movies are Gremlins, Die Hard, and very soon I'm pretty sure Krampus is going to be added to that list. :)

@benleslie5: It was on TV non-stop when I was a kid, I had to watch it whether I was in the mood for it or not! :) Now they have a brand new series, a reboot, and my son really seems to enjoy it.

The Toy Story series is one of our go tos for me and my son, eagerly awaiting number 4 in a few years.

Still own one and it's arguably my favourite system of all time . . . can't decide between it and the original NES! The Super Star Wars series was my favourite there, but I also really like the F-Zero series, and Rock n' Roll Racing was unbelievable. And Battletoads too!

I'd have to say the two previous Star Wars: Battlefront games are up there, but my favourite Star Wars games of all time are the trio released for each of the original movies on Super Nintendo way back in the day, called Super Star Wars, Super Empire Strikes Back, and Super Return of the Jedi. The first one was damn near impossible, but the other two instituted a password system so you could save your progress. So much fun! You gave me a good idea for a blog though, ranking my favourite Star Wars games in order . . .

I've learned not to trust "professional" reviews on anything anymore. Games, movies, TV shows, etc. I find here on Gamespot that they give good ratings to games that are just average and horrible ratings to games that are actually quite fun on a regular basis. Reviews and ratings seem like more of a popularity contest or a payoff than anything else anymore. I like to discover if something is good or bad all by myself with no preconceptions!!

Haven't played in a while, but this is one of my favourite franchises, I still remember the day I went out and bought the Guitar Hero II set . . . I started late but quickly worked my way through a lot of those games! :)
