@Afonsop no, that's not true. 1.1 million people who were expecting a good game from a usually dependable company, Maxis. If the price wasn't so rank high and I wasn't a patient person to wait a few weeks and see reviews I would have also pre-ordered. Doesn't mean they are decieved, they just wanted to play a new Sim City game..
@G4mBi7 @Mr_Mark_Legion the sad part of it is that they have the "stuck in the past" mentality but most likely aren't old enough to have played games outside of the 2000's.
Issues aside, the gameplay videos I've seen do look quite fun. Sure the map size isn't huge and they will most likely release a purchase DLC for an upgrade but that's is what we should come to expect from big companies. I will likely get the game in 6 months when the price has inevitably dropped to $19.
@yourdem1ze @Shep66 I was under the impression that BF3 was made for the PC and to it's full potential with Frostbite 2 on PC but dumbed down afterwards for the console fanboys?
I've heard that even on consoles with a limited number of players there are still issues because it's simply too advanced for the consoles. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure they made BF3 primarily for the PC.
