I have slept like shit for years! I solved my problem, listen to light rain or light waves on youtube. there are quite a few long sessions. knocks me out every time. I also switched my mattress to a yogabed.... best bed I have ever owned! how do you guys get a goof night rest?

Long story short, my grandmother is in the hospital and will not be returning home. My mother has power of attorney and is the one who inherits here entire estate. She has a condo and it does not have a mortgage it's been paid off. I was offered the condo. I am not sure if I should take it or not. She is still alive. and will be moving into a retirement home. Have any of you been in this kind of situation? All I would have to pay is $705.00 Condo fees on a $400,000 unit..plus it will be mine in the long run. but I feel guilty.
