And Sony are honest: they’re offering what they consider to be genuine innovations and fresh game experiences, whereas Xbox are spouting all these “consumer friendly” petty arguments - they’re coming across as shady salesmen to me

Kind of sick of Microsoft and Spencer calling this stuff “consumer friendly” when all they want to do is lock you into their system based on a whole lot of information spaghetti thrown at you. Give me quality games and innovative experiences. That’s consumer friendly, not this.
