@boardsport311: So Respawn was making a Star Wars game without the license from Disney? I don't think so. And they have the autonomy EA wants them to have.
@real1gaming: There are 33 reviews on Metacritic with scores lower than 80. The Metascore is 70. Don't try to fool people with your biased numbers. Shenmue 3 is a mediocre game.
Nope. What happenned to music and movies was thanks to services who offer "all you can watch/listen to" for a monthly fee. Exactly the opposite Stadia offers. If you had to pay for every movie or TV you watch on Netflix, it would have never succeeded. Also, TV streaming services offer original content, something Google is not doing. Stadia is DoA.
Stadia may have the technologic part almost right, but the business model is horrendous. If you had to buy every single movie on Netflix or every song on Spotify, they would have failed as Stadia will do. Nvidia GeForce Now let you stream games you already own on Steam, Uplay or Epic Store. xCloud will do the same with the games on your Xbox and Game Pass. But buying games at full price just for being able to stream them on Stadia is a stupid idea.
@stealthy1: And IGN is the biggest video game site with a huge margin, so it will definitely hurt, more so given DS is a new franchise and not critic-proof as CoD or FIFA.
