Wii U is going to fight next gen machines, not Ps3 or Xbox360. I don't know if will be more powerful than PS4 and xbox"720" cose its specs are not public but i doubt it a lot.

About motion controlers, I've Wii, Ps3 move and xbox Kinect; I like neither. Wii U "screen pad" is a nosense for me, i like play looking Tv not my knees (but I'll probably buy it at the end, lol)

Wii has great harcore games too (xenoblade, last story, monster hunter 3, madworld, no more heroes, metroid, etc) but its main core users are casual.

Nobody forces u to play cooking mama :)

What do you guys think? Will Nintendo go full hardcore? Full casual? A certain percentage each? I think the Wii killed any chances of the Wii U being perceived by Average Gamer as a core console, and I'm not sure the Wii core is the type to upgrade to new hardware for better graphics..

Vita isn't gonna die, xbox-360's games were few and bad at launch too (kameo,rumble roses xx, dead or alive 4,etc). I bought them and though "what a crap,damn". It just need more time, but we need better games than Reality fighters, katamari damacy or Ridge Racer demo; I already played Rayman Origins on Wii, I don't need Vita for play MK or Disgaea 3, I can play them on Ps3; Persona 4?already played on Ps2..

We need exclusive harcore games, I bought PS3 for that reason.
