The movie actually takes place in a more contemporary time but the ghost comes from old west plus minor flashbacks take place in more old west setting. The setting of the movie is actually in a sort of typical wild west ghost town. Complete with buildings that have those cowboy doors in saloons. The protagonist goes to this town to do... something.

He meets some people living there, one of whom is a woman who is the love interest but they have friction immediately and argue.

There's also a ghost cowboy who was a bit of a villain who tells the protagonist to help him move on. The woman love interest tells the protagonist about the bad guy, that he was selfish and stuff, died in a duel or something. In truth the ghost cowboy fell in love with one of the women in the town and she died taking a bullet for him in said duel by the sheriff or something, everyone was saddened and heartbroken.

I could be wrong but this is what I vaguely remember.

What I distinctly remember is that in one scene after the protagonist and female love interest argue, she storms off, he fumes, and the cowboy ghost is all like "well you know what they say, we hurt most the ones we love" and the protagonist is all like "oh spare me."

I wish I could remember this movie. I'm willing to bet it's pretty cheesy, I think it might even have been a buena vista distributed movie, I may or may not have seen it on the Disney channel? Don't rely on this last bit of information though, it could throw you (and me) off.

DBZ taught me that it's possible for a single show to gain a ****load of undeserved praise and being hailed as the second coming by kids who think they are cool because they hate justin bieber and listen to metallica.

I'd like to add that said kids think they are "unique" because they hate bieber, listen to metal and watch DBZ, and they dont realize they are all identical.

Thats what it taught me, seriously.

That ragecomic was terrible (like every ragecomic), even when ragecomics weren't overused to hell, seriously, DBZ and naruto fans are some of the most obnoxious and self pretentious kids around.

*The dude made a video saying he might return.*

That was a bust. Heh it's always hilarious to see people go back on their statements, also a bit sad though since you can't really trust their strength of word anymore.

I've actually watched some of his videos believe it or not. It's only because I wanted to hear what Americans thought of childhood movies I grew up with, be they good (Batman) or bad (3 ninjas) .

I always wanted him to review Monkey Trouble and The Little Rascals though. If only there was some way to reach him... well without wasting time on his actual website of course, like I'm going to dish my many emails to just anybody. I just go to Youtube. Why give other websites hits right haha ;p ?

Oh finally I was able to download ni no kuni demo and install it. I just tried it, and might post my thoughts on it later (I probably won't since if you check my posting history the f***ing mods just lock all my topics anyway, I can't believe that I frequent gamefaqs so much now and never bother with gamespot. So what's the point in making a topic that will just be locked)

The error codes are still coming and the PSN store is still a bust but all I wanted was to see if there's anything worthwhile to ni no kuni before I indefinitely shelve my ps3 and put it deep deep in my closet that it's found in Narnia.

Thanks anyway guys, your support was enough :)

I had the exact same problem and even when I was connected to PSN, it was the slowest connection in the house by far. The Wi-Fi on the PS3 is absolutely attrocious. If you intend to use the console's internet features, you'll probably need an ethernet cable. It solved all my problems. Load times are literally at least 10 times faster now and PSN always connects.

If you intend to download the Ni No Kuni demo without the cable, you're looking at a 5+ hour wait.

Dude, no offence but none of that even bothers me. I just want to enter the store. I can't even do that. I don't care how slow PSN is or if takes me 5 days to download something, I just want to be able to enter the store again. This has never happened to me before and I'm worried. Plus, did anyone notice that they COMPLETELY changed the PSN store look? I was able to enter it just before I got a message saying something about "maintenance" and I noticed it looked completely different. I wonder if it has something to do with that.

I've done Internet Connection tests and the Internet usually succeeds, but signing into PSN fails.

I just want to enter the store and download the ni no kuni demo, I don't know why it's being so difficult. This has been happening for nearly a week now.

The one time I take my ps3 out of storage. Hell I've never even had this kind of problem happen to me before.

Wow at some of the bitter, jaded responses:lol: . Can't believe gamefaqs and current events has literally become a better forum than gamespot and offtopic. What happened to this place. Pretty lol worthy. I just don't understand.
