-Built in microphone -Wider color gamut -Anti reflective screen -Five times the contrast ratio -Double response time -Slightly shorter battery life -Interlaced 480i TV output support -Minor astetic exterior changes -Non glossy texture finish for silver and white models Next year when it inevitably drops in price I'll pick up a white PSP-3000, but right now I'm happy with my black 2000, which I got in January of this year. I used to have a 1000, and I would of got my 2000 in a different color, but the white had the stupid Darth Vader thing on the back, and the silver had a very feminine sparkle (and still does for the 3000), so I just got it in black again, which I was fine with. I wouldn't recommend anybody with a Slim upgrade to this, but if you have an Original, you really need to pick up one already. I'm kinda pissed that they brought the Slim out so early by having it out last year (the PS2 Slim too 4 years to come out), and I'm pissed they have yet another redesign, but it's what we're stuck with.

I don't understand why all these guitars don't just register as normal controllers on every console. I can hook up a racing wheel and play Halo 2 on my friends Original Xbox if I wanted to. Needless to say it doesn't work all to well, but it registers, and what little I can do works. So there is no reason that if I wanted to, I couldn't play Rock Band on 360 with 3 DDR Universe dance pads and the Rock Band mic. Just like I should be able to play Guitar Hero on 360 with a friggin Rock Band guitar, that's set up for guitar rhythm games in the first place!

I have a few questions. First off, how much are composite cables going to cost? I don't have or use an HDTV, I just need the straight up standard def composite cables. Secondly, why doesn't the system come with the larger battery cover, and how much wider on the left side and heavier is my console going to be with the original battery in it? Also, will Sony come out with larger capacity batteries that are the size of the PSP slim ones? Thirdly, will the white PSP only come with the cheesy Darth Vader crap on the back and only be in the Star Wars pack, so there is no way I can get a straight up white PSP? Also, can I only get a silver PSP if I spend the extra $30 on the Daxter pack? If those questions result in a negative answer, then they're my own complaints with this redesign. I own a PSP already, it's taken a bit of wear and tear over time, but I would really like to have all the new features on the PSP slim.

So good to know that the 8600 GT 256MB is a great card, and not too expensive. *Huge sigh of relief* There is a God, and apparently he likes me today, lol. >_>

The game is awesome, it definitely belongs here. I grew up watching (and later playing) this game. It revolutionized video games as a whole, and simply, it kicks ass. *Waits for Halo to get on this list as well*

I think instead of bars, they should rate how good the card is, like the same rating they use for games, just a number. Which takes into account it's performance overall with many games, it's raw numbers, it's price, and minor stuff like ease of installation, how game friendly it is, and a number of other things.

"Cirus2 ctg867 charging threw USB aint new, i got a cable from GAME witch not only transfers data but has a plug which charges which was great since i got it the charger which came with it has notbeen used might get this 1 thought since my screen is cracked :$" If you plug in a standard USB Mini-B port, the same USB cable the PSP uses, into the PSP, you cannot charge it while it is plugged into a computer. I don't know if your talking about that splitter thing which also plugs into the AC port, but that's different. This thing charges only through the USB port, directly from a computer. The standard PSP cannot do that, end of story. And for the record, what kicknut said about the second analog stick is 100% right. I'm sorry, but that's how a business works. Unless your launching the PSP 2, you cannot add a second analog stick. You just **** over consumers if you do. They could of done more. Larger battery (though there is a slightly longer battery life, the new PSP draws less from the battery to get things to run, plus the extra RAM helps keep the disc spinning less, thus increasing battery life), a brighter backlight, a glare resistant screen, or a a couple of other things, but still, I'm satisfied with this, and for a console that launched technologically, and physically sound, UNLIKE THE ORIGINAL DS, this is a good improvement. And all the complaints about it's all ports and the games sucks are just bull at this point. Maybe you could say that a year, a year and a half ago, but not now. They may not be a lot of original IPs, but there is a lot of original content, and good original content for existing IPs.

"It's too much of a pain to keep up with video cards as well a processors. Once you buy one, a month or two later the better ones come out that are cheaper. It's never ending. You can never keep up unless your bank account has an endless supply of money. That is the only advantage consoles have over the PC." Other advantages: not worrying about your game being "compatible" with your console, their STUPID cheap compared to PCs for the quality you play games with, all the best exclusives are on the consoles, and the online strategies are much better on consoles. And IMO, pressure sensitive buttons, thumbsticks, triggers, d-pads, and motion control >>>>> keyboard and mouse. Sure, for FPS games they're more precise in aiming (with everything else though controllers win), and games like RTS's and MMO's work much better with keyboard and mouse, but these days you can get VERY capable RTS, MMO, and especially FPS games on consoles. Like I said earlier, I own a console, it's my primary gaming machine. But I grew up with PCs and I still really like PC gaming, even though there are many obvious problems and not as many games. There are still many good games to play on the PC and as long as you invest correctly and with the hardware, it can be affordable and still fun. But imo, console gaming is much more efficient today.

Sweetness. Third as light, fifth as slim, output to TV, better battery, new colors, more RAM, faster load times, charging through a USB cable, more feedback with the buttons, the new headphones, and the moving of minor things to make it sleeker, easier to use, and more convenient. I'm on board. Kinda bummed there is no second analog stick or a much larger battery (only two complaints with the system), but I really complain to much. They'll most likely release a battery with more capacity a little while after launch which I'll pick up. They'll probably also bring the ceramic white by itself to the states, and the rumored 8 gig stick. And to anybody who's complaining that it's not as big a redesign as the DS Lite, your talking out of your ass. The original DS was horribly designed, it was a huge, heavy, silver brick. All it did right was play DS games. They had no where to go but up and did a good job with the DS Lite. But minus the analog stick and battery life, the PSP is a damn near perfectly set up handheld, and there isn't much to do from there, though they do have some substantial improvements that I'm happy about. So yay for Sony, it's the same price as the old PSPs anyway, and quick giving the crap about it ya fanboys :-P
