Does the new 360 Arcades have the Falcon? Or only Pro/Premium?

^ No, you only send them the unit. Okay, so my 360 just died. I called Microsoft and a repair box is on its way... however, I'd like to ACTUALLY to play my 360 this holiday season, and I've been considering getting a second 360 for awhile.

So, question: Can I buy a new Arcade 360, slap in my existing HDD, and switch back to my repaired 360 when I get back? Will I get in trouble with weird DRM / compatibility issues with moving the HDD around, or should I be okay?

Thanks!

Okay, awesome. So how viable is the device as a video player? If I wanted to use the PSP every day, say, on a boring bus commute in the morning to watch anime or content ripped from DVDs (I'm not planning to invest in any UMD movies) -- how well does that work? Will I have any problems with the PSPs screen aspect ratio or battery life? Anybody here use their PSP as their main video viewer?

I was just browsing an electronics store catalogue and somehow, I was very suddenly struck by the urge to buy a PSP -- I'm very budget minded, and yet the 200 CAD price doesn't seem so bad (was there a price drop? what was the launch price?) compared to the 150 CAD DS Lite. There's quite a few quirky, cool-looking titles (LocoRoco, WTF) and a few solid ones (MGS Portable Ops, Valkyrie Profile, Lumines). The potential for homebrew seems interesting, too, but the prospect of screwing up and ending up with a 200 dollar paperweight is pretty scary. I really haven't been paying much attention to the platform until just now... but what do you guys think? Is it a good time to invest in a PSP? How's the battery life? How well does it play video (I'm thinking anime/DVD rips on morning commutes)? Any promising titles on the horizon? Oh, and as for those darn pricey Sony brand PSP memory sticks / extra batteries, how well do third party ones work? I'm seeing 1 GB memory sticks go for 10 bucks on eBay -- how legit is that?
