Both the Enclave and Brotherhood are pretty much dead by the time New Vegas takes place, so I really doubt you will see them returning. Area 51 would feel very out of place in a Fallout game. If they do DLC, they should go up north to Utah/Denver, thats where the original Fallout 3 was going to take place and they had a lot of good ideas for that, some of which were recycled into New Vegas, but many which are still avaliable.

[QUOTE="cobrax25"]

This is being done by EA's "free to play" studio, so its most likely another free game.

I think it might be Battlefield online for the US:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battlefield_Online

though secretly Im hoping its a browser version of BF1942. I would kill for that.

KingTuttle

I second that. Browser based 42 would be incredible. With Road to Rome maps too! :)

yeah, that would be cool. But they should update some mechanics, like they need to put in VOIP and the squad system.

I would love if someone ported over the Desert Combat mod as well.

lets just say that I consider New Vegas worthy of actually being called a Fallout game.

BTW, Fallout 3 is not larger then New Vegas, the map is just scaled differently. Vegas is slightly larger (as confirmed by the developers), has far more locations, far more quests, and far more NPC's.

and lol at the guy who said that BOS was well fleshed out in FO3.

and for the record, I think the best thing that Obsidian did was use material from Van Buren for this game. It also feels to me like Obsidian really didnt want this game to be open world, there is a lot of natural funneling via enviroments, quests, and difficult enemies.

seriously, the coincidences are just uncanny. Its even being built in the Mojave desert, with more to be built across America.

This could revolutionize the very process of surgical operations, which would save countless number of lives. It disappoints me that so many people are complaining about the advancement of science. LiftedHeadshot

The guy who performed this later became a pioneer of open heart surgery largely thanks to the machine that was used here. The goal of this experiment wasnt about reanimating a dead dog, but to see if it was possible to artificially supply nutrients to a brain.

Yeah I've seen this before. They sure haven't found a decent use for this 80 years later.

ChiSoxBombers

They did, the guy who actually did this ended up a pioneer in open heart surgery, using a very similar machine to this. The experiment wasnt about removing the head, but about seeing if it was possible to artificially keep the brain alive.

[QUOTE="mbrockway"][QUOTE="Stevo_the_gamer"]Oh, well, I stand corrected. lol I don't remember him saying oil, but if he did. Then that would make sense. :P

Skittles_McGee

Thank goodness. So as far as Vegas is concerned the Capital Wasteland doesn't exist.

Actually, I believe NV disregards Fallout 3 entirely.

which is kinda funny since Van Buren seems to be refered to on a regular basis, despite never coming out.
