Quantum Of Solace for the Wii currently has no videos and no more than five screenshots. This worries me to say maybe this game may be embaressingly bad, or Beenox are just gonna surprise us and blast out with an absoloutely stunning Wii game.

The whole modulating phase IS completely random, however there is ALSO a hidden exp chart for which every enemy carries a certain exp value. So your all wrong, its both of them. So you might get randomly 777, which is level up but when you have reached the exp limit you'll level up! Trust me it even says in the manual.
