Well to get the alternate endings you have to have 100%, 99%-16%, or less than or = to 15%. plus it depends on how fast you do it in.

I just beat Zero mission a few days ago for the first time. It was a great game I must say. I don't yet have the urge to play through it again, but good luck to anyone who tries for under 15%D-C-

It is pretty easy to go though Zero mission on normal with less than 15% but the real challenge is on hard.
