use the gears to slow down. while youre learning keep your foot off the accelerator until its in gear and then slowly release the clutch. if you release it smoothly it wont jump, so if its jumping, thats what you're doing wrong. keep the revs between 2-3k. easy
but wouldnt the evolution of our species be augmented by having multiple partners with the divorce rate as high as it is, how can anyone really contend that monogamy is our best option are our emotions really a what we feel as humans, or are they just what we feel as a part of today
