I THINK; BF3 use DX11 & MW3 use DX9 so BF3 graphics is better (must own GPU support DX11 for that) from multiplier respective mw3 will be more popular and smooth than BF3 ,sorry consoles owners you will never see BF3 awesome graphics so you will buy mw3 and it will bring a lot of money for this reason ...!
