Ohh ok, wish I had known but thanks for the help! The sigil working is actually the one in my off hand, but  I guess ill find a sigil to replace one them, and as long as its not another stacking I should get both benefits correct?

On my thief im using dual daggers, the dagger in my main hand has a Superior Sigil of Perception, and my other has Major Sigil of Bloodlust.

Ive only had this dagger combo for a bit and i noticed in combat that the bloodlust sigil stacks up to 25 like its supposed to be but i dont see an icon for the Perception stack. What I want to know is only one of my sigils working? Or maybe just a bug that doesnt show the stack for Perception?

Ive experienced this several times on my thief using both melee and ranged attacks, its also happened to my gf a few times. While fighting an enemy it will randomly become invulnerable and either keeps attacking or just walks/swims away long enough for its health to regenerate then comes back and fights. I think for me its happened more underwater than on land. Not really a big deal but can be frustrating at times lol.

Ok so if I decide to upgrade my GPU and/or CPU to get closer to a frame rate of 60, is it going to cost me a ton?

Not sure why buy I feel like my FPS should be a little higher than what I'm getting, maybe im wrong, but on average I get between 19-23 ish.

My desktop is Windows7 64-bit

CPU:AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core 3.60GHz

GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GT520

If I am wrong I'm going to assume its on my video cards behalf, if so, will upgrading just my card give me a good boost regarding FPS?

And I'm running the majority of the game on high with a couple things on low.

Also(if its relevant) when I log in since day one I get "! Hardware Issues Detected" and basically says im using graphic drivers with known issues, and my drivers are up to date so idk how to get ride of that.

Orr does anet still have things to work on with that, becasue when I google I see alot of people with FPS problems?

I recently got a new pc and came in time for beta3 so I got a chance to make sure it could handle the game, pretty sure I played on high with very little or no problems :) when I switched to ultra it got pretty clunky you could say.

So my question is, in beta event 3 I wasnt sure if the game was fully optimized or not yet and was watching a video by Total Biscuit http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=xtG0kkDviTU and I'm pretty sure he mentions that the game was NOT fully optimized yet. So if that is true, on release with the game being fully optimized how much of a difference does that make? Huge, little, noticeable?
