Unfortunately, they did gut franchise mode. Why, I dunno....it was a huge part of the play mode and was fun. This is the big reason I've gone back to playing MLB12. The franchise mode in MLB13 The Show is weak. They need to rethink they're plans for MLB14 and restore franchise mode to something closer to MLB12
