Sure, it could've been made on 360. But it's not.. just like how gears or halo 3 could be made for the PS3 but aren't.

The problem is that Uncharted looks old gen comparing to both Mass Effect and Gears 1 imo, so there you have it, Uncharted could be done using 1/10 of 360 power i think
