@xraydiego I'm not sure sexual preference is an 'opinion'.

@buccomatic @Smokescreened84 buccomatic, I'm going to call ad hominem here. Your posts are laden with it. You're not really saying 'anything'.

@Smokescreened84 @buccomatic It is my hope natural selection takes care of bigotry long before it finds some reason to remove homosexual minority.

I dunno, I'm all for it. If the LGBT feels more comfortable having their own convention, who is anyone to deny them? Why care? One of Gamespot's best reviewers is a transsexual. I think it's great. Anything that advances other people, their communities, their passions - everyone ought to support them. It is my hope in future generations that there will be little need for segregation in the gaming community. In the meantime, god speed, gaymers!

I hate to jump on the Blizzard hate wagon here because I've really enjoyed things they've done. Warcraft 2 & 3, WoW Vanilla & TBC, D2, SC/2. To me, I think the company might be passed its prime. Diablo 3 just didn't hold my interest. Am I the only one who felt the act progression and design was ridiculously similar to D2? The cinematic scenes were great but the story was completely forgettable. For a game with so much anticipation it just didn't hold my interest. I beat it three times and couldn't see myself sticking with it to farm. If I were to do that, I should have stuck with WoW and at least had a more dynamic multiplayer experience. People compare it to WoW but I say it's like WoW Lite. There's no incentive here to keep going. Unfortunately, I was a real sucker and signed up for the year long WoW subscription, got D3 free but have only played two months of my subscription. I can't blame Blizzard. I ripped myself off. I wish I could just get the money back and buy something else. After Cataclysm and the perpetual added lack of challenge in WoW, that game is no longer an interest to me. Diablo 3 is boring. I really wanted to love it. I even told myself I loved it while playing it. It just didn't satisfy, sorry. The comment by Wilson just seems like childish misplaced frustration. I know he apologized on the forums but he ought to apologize to Brevik -- I certainly don't give a shit about being apologized to. I mean, apologize for taking my money and putting me through your beta test. Offer me money back. But save your apologies for the people you've insulted.

@UnwantedSpam So... you've been arrested multiple times in the same day? That's impressive.

@TheMarziman I miss AO. It's still the best MMO I ever played, I think. The graphics overhaul seems like it's taking forever. Also, I did get tired of killing hecklers or finding an NT to kite them around for XP. Maybe things are different now?

@FedCom Well, I wasn't 'comparing' XP to OSX. I didn't think XP was particularly bad. Windows 98 was bad. Windows ME was awful. I just prefer OSX. Windows 7 might be the greatest OS but I've been using OSX for the last 5 years and have no impulse to change nor the cash to switch back even if I wanted to. I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Apple. I've had many good ones myself. My fiance had a brand new Dell when we met and fought for months with their Indian support team trying to get it replaced because the video card was busted and wouldn't play ANY games (it had fragments in the display from day 1). We could have bought a new card ourselves and replaced it but that would have voided her warranty and she didn't feel she should pay for a new card in a new computer. Can't say I blame her. After a year, they sent her a refurbished computer that didn't work either. By then, we had both switched over to Macs and haven't looked back. If I have a problem with my Mac, I just take in to their store and they fix it within a day or two. I don't LOL at anyone for their choices in computers. If everyone's content with their choices, what's to laugh about?

@adrian1369 This ^^. OSX is the reason I gave up using Windows. After using only Windows OS since 3.1 over DOS in the early 90's up until XP, I decided it was time to try something new and 5 years later, I haven't regretted my choice. I'm not ripping on Windows users - to each their own I say. Apple's hardware, service and support are outstanding as well. There are enough gaming choices for me on Mac to keep me busy for a while and the popularity is slowly growing. I know we're in the minority and PC is a better gaming platform. It's nonsense to compare the two. However, it's also nonsense to LOL at Mac users. I didn't buy in to a cult, I bought in to a computer product I prefer. That's all.
