yeah i decided to make Vince an emblem after all his awesome work with getting everyone their E3 ones.  that guy really came through...  anyways, i wanted to make an emblem that could reflect him fixing the emblem issue... hence the Mr. Fix It emblem was born.. 8)

Yes, in a way.

Here is an example:

The Nintendo Conference will be shown at 9:00AM Pacific Time.

Let's say the time on the west coast is 7:00AM. If you are on the east coast, then it would be 10:00AM. Your computer clock should show the time as 10:00AM. For the east coast person, our video player will show the "Video is Live" message due to the flash player determining the countdown based on your computer clock settings. But, the video will not begin because it is still 7:00AM on the west coast and the conference hasn't begun.

Now, if your time is aligned with the PST time and the video has not begun, then that is a totally different problem.
