@DarthLod I personally just think it's a terrible design. People manage to make characters that look sexy all the time without just putting them in their bra and pants.
The thing I find silly about Kojimas viewpoint is that nobody sees someone in a bra and pants and goes "Wow I want to cosplay as that!!" People want to cosplay as characters that look like bad asses or ones they really liked in the game, Desert Storm Hooker Chic isn't really an interesting design.
Look at The End, another Metal Gear Solid sniper, would I cosplay as him because I think women at cons want to see creepy old men in camouflage? No, I'd do it because he's an interesting character with a cool design.
Even Sniper Wolf who's design is basically "sniper in jump suit with cleavage showing" manages to be somewhat "sexy" without looking like a military organisation just started hiring members from strip clubs.
What's the big deal, Hollywood is full of ex and current drug addicts, criminals, wife beaters, sexual deviants and yes, even ex-gang members. These moronic comments are probably made by the same people who would tell the gang members to "get a job and grow up" hey guess what, they got themselves one!
Absolutely bizarre design BUT it's actually a pretty decent idea, $130 is a great price, the button placement will probably make it much more comfortable to use and lets be honest, 3D was a pretty pointless gimmick.
@finalfantasy94 Why do people keep saying stuff like this? Killer 7, NMH 1 and 2, Shadows of the Damned and Liberation Maiden all got 8+ scores here, Lollipop Chainsaw is the only one that (rightfully) got lower. This just looks like a bad remake of NMH but even wackier and it hasn't worked at all.
