As much as i don't like tom mcshea, i agree with him here...someone tell me why MS charges for gold? I have both systems, I don't pay for xbox gold, but I do pay for PS+ (you get lots of free games) ;) I also get to watch my netflix free, explain why I have to pay MS for the option to pay Netflix? And to the guy a few below me, 100 bucks a month for a smart phone is also crazy, I use virgin mobile, 35 a month for unlimited text/data. Anyyyyyway, I like 360, their online service is prettier than ps3's, i'll give them that, but yeah, it's definitely nickel and diming, they won't stop doing it though, because people are ok with paying it...just can't figure out why, lol.
Maybe we change the name of video games? lol, folks keep saying: Why not movies? or TV? or other forms of entertainment? They aren't associated with children, even though the majority of gamers are adults, they are playing "games", everyone knows only kids play games right? :)
Unfortunately, you can't legislate good parenting, just won't work...and even if you could, parents are a very big voting bloc, nobody is gonna say a thing to bring heat onto parents, even though, a parent is 100% responsible for their child, if he turns out to be a psychopath, you screwed up as a parent, bottom line. That being said, someone's gotta take the fall, so everyone can "sleep at night", it's gonna be guns or video games. The gun lobby has alot more money, but then again, they are also a much more desirable target for the left. Video games are an easy target though, elected officials aren't gonna lose votes toward reelection if they take action against video games. Problem is, even if it is guns first, it'll be video games next. Someone has to take the fall though, as ridiculous as it is, that's the society we live in. Admitting there will always be bad people that do bad things, and there is nothing anyone can truly do to stop it...even though it's true, just ain't good enough for folks.

No, Jay, it doesn't, it worked great on Diablo 2, I remember having hours of fun just screwing off in Act 1 duel games with hundreds of ears littering the ground. Diablo 2 was a fantastic game, rather than build onto it's tried and true mechanics, they give us this garbage...ugh, lol.
@killer_ak_88 that's a good idea, they should cut their losses, scrap the game and make diablo 3.5, full remake without jay wilson, i'd rather have a reboot of diablo 2 even...the gameplay, the graphics, sound, is all great, but it's like they intentionally did things to annoy players and long time diablo fans, all cause Jay Wilson knew what players REALLY wanted, even though they told him otherwise
@darkouer agreed...if this was like...Tom McShea, I'd have turned it off in 30 seconds (i don't like him, don't really have a good reason for it though). Though she is pretty, plus the accent gives her hot points. Just a boring "story", or fluff, as they call it in the journalism world I believe, not her fault I suppose.
