This was a field demonstration, not a test. They wouldn't test a gun on live targets, it's asinine to think such a thing. Being that it was a demonstration, there is a high probability the deer was taken in and properly butchered and eaten.

Police officers are commonly shot with their own weapons. A struggle will occur between an unarmed assailant, that assailant then grabs the gun out of the officer's holster and fires upon him. This will save the lives of our officers and help alleviate one of their greatest fears.

The last part of the video was about guns only being able to be used by a specific user, alla MGS4 when you had to unlock any guns you found so Snake could use them even though he didn't have the correct nano machine signature.

Turning the other cheek doesn't mean quite what people tend to think. We think it means just shut up and let people walk all over you. But it was actually a passive, nonviolent, non threatening form of protest that is meant for people to understand that they are being petty and/or dehumanizing you. Jesus stood up for what was right and always knew when and how to do it. As you stated, we can never live up to that but we can and should try to use that as an example of how we can treat others better and ultimately live life better and we know and (try to) understand that grace fills in the gaps when we fall short. (So much more that could be said about this.......)

As far as tolerance in comedy, that's a whole nother can of worms... I'm gonna try and PM you and hopefully we can chat some more!
