Apple's knee-gut reaction to Epic removing a game (yes, Epic removed it by intentionally violating ToS), was to decimate every other little developer who makes a UE game on IOS.

And Netflix didnt use a "workaround." Apple straight up LET THEM do it, and its the exact same thing that is going on here.
