the guy on the horse has to be ocelot. the camera makes a point to focus in on his spurs, and the duster he is wearing is exactly ocelots clothing. plus the red scarf around his neck.

as for psycho mantis, that very well could be him at a younger age. given the time line, and if nine years had passed, that puts them somewhere in the 80s. psycho mantis was recruited at a young age.

im really looking forward to this, game looks better than expected.
