I want to see real next gen games. Please read this as games that run on series x but not one xbox one. The entire library shouldn't be just backwards compatible games from last gen as it is currently. Two years in and I'm still waiting on them to start to prioritize their current gen rather than making sure everything is playable on both. It begs the question of Microsoft (and PlayStation who shares this problem) why I would upgrade next time if they aren't going to move forward. I miss the days where new systems had at least 5-10 solid day one games that were good enough you needed the new system.

@Iemander: I agree with this but I'd also say this is the same list for xbox one which really begs the question why they bothered to release a new system if they are going to continue limiting games based on what last gen was capable of. I got both the PS5 and the Xbox Series X and I'm honestly having a hard time justifying them. I could pull out my PS4 and Xbox One and play all the same games. Backwards compatibility is just fine but it shouldn't constitute the entire catalogue that's available. There should be some (read alot) new games that are just too good to run on the old systems, its why we bother upgrading.

@Spartan_418: I agree in a sense but my issue is more that they are really all last gen titles. Anymore they really don't start releasing new titles for this generation of console until its been out for 3-5 years. People don't pay a premium for a new console to play a game they could already play on their old system.

@thecupidstunts: the only issue is its basically just last gen titles revamped. I miss the days when consoles used to come standard with at least 5-10 games for that generation of console. Anymore they release for both for so long they really devalue upgrading because they are so limited by making sure they play on the last gen console. I'd rather they put down the xbox one and PS4 and make games exclusively for the new system that really make the most out of what it can do.

@Darko-TDR: I will say Wheel of Time was really badly done from that standpoint. With the exception of Rand all the two rivers folk really should have been of the same background. Living in the mountains with the same group of like 200 people for 10 generations would mean not only would they be ethnically homogenous they'd be damn near all related by one means or another. The racial lines present in the show after 10+ generations in such a small community would take an almost absurd amount of both racism and incest to keep divided.

So its gotta be Gerard Butler right. I mean it almost has to be?

The idea anyone cares what is on the outside. This will be purchased almost 100% by people who couldn't care about the special edition and just wants a series X of any kind. Gotta love the money grab making a special edition when they can't even produce enough of the standard edition to meet demand.

Well sure its cheap from gamestop, no one is buying physical games in this generation. This is why gamestop stock was shorted leading to the whole stock fraud thing. The reason is the same reason I'm sure media play and other CD giants were shorted years ago. In a world going digital a physical store for 100% digital media is almost useless. Gamestop is trying to stay relevant in an age that doesn't need it.
