@jalisdaboss: Just because you are ignorant of the language doesn't mean people who appreciate video games and other media in the way they were originally created and designed are "cultural elitists." You can enjoy your translations and dubbing all you want, I really don't have any problem with that. But as someone who knows both English and Japanese, I always play and listen in the original language. Developers and directors spend a lot of time to find the most talented voice actors to play the right role, and the pool of talented voice actors in Japan is phenomenal. Doesn't mean that localization teams don't do a good job, but there is a lot of cultural nuances that simply don't come through in another language. You would know this if you were fluent Japanese. Some people may go overboard with the whole "authenticity" thing, but that was not the case in the comments here. And if you think that has anything to do with "tyranny" or "dictatorship" than you have no idea what either of those things are. Hopefully you find a way to enjoy these things and are not always so ridiculously angry for no reason I guess.

@jalisdaboss: And since the world doesn't revolve around you neither, we can all dismiss your ridiculous rage. If you like the dubs so much, just enjoy them. If other people would rather listen to the original voice acting, they can do so. People have different opinions, nothing new here. That is a non issue.
