Kudos to the Kojima team, though I'm left with an overwhelming sense of sadness; Revengeance looks and sounds like the kinda mayhem and action I expected from from Ninja Gaiden 3 (Tecmo, are you blind mice watching?). Pure awesome. That's what I call being innovative- listening to your fans and actually satisfying their needs. I have always been impressed with the MGS franchise but I felt it was a tad too restrictive in the "all-out" action department. Well done Hideo.
I sometimes get brokenhearted by how thick-skinned some developers and publishers can be to the plight of their workers, treating these brains, these geniuses like some fricking Oompaloompas; tell them what to do and just leave them in the dark to accomplish it. And let's not forget about that evil-practise of buying talented indie developers only to cast them aside the second a title of theirs misfires.........Activision my nose is turned up to you!
