Oh no! ScrawnyJuvenileWolf attacks! For the fifth time! Engage repetitive random encounter!
Undertale: pick obvious action: pet/scratch/spare, like you did every bloody time before, but for some reason this is innovative!
Other RPG: pick from a massive amount of options: attack, paralyze, charm, steal, special attacks, dozens of spells, etc, etc, but for some reason this is repetitive!
The rest of the game isn't much better. The story forces your hand into two directions: either completely peaceful or completely aggressive. The middle ground leads to the middle finger equivalent of an "ending". To add insult to the injury, the choices are so bloody obvious that the only way to pick the wrong one is accidentally by mashing buttons to wade through the many bloated dialogues.
@davidhberry Nothing wrong with fans defending an unjustly reviewed game. The complaints in this "review" are pants on head retarded and deserve equally sophisticated replies. 28 years ago he'd have cried how nobody told him he could pick up the sword in Zelda, or that the black squares were caves.
