anyone can defeat anybody if he/she uses his/her mind....like Batman,Superman and don't forget Spiderman...Mind,Will and a good Heart's combination is deadliest....:D
You're right... they are great friends. So great of friends that Superman knows the awesomeness that is Batman that he is the only one he trusted with the green kryptonite ring to take him down if needed.
My two favorite times the Bats took Supes down are of course in TDK (the Dark Knight Returns) and the awesome eyecandy that is the Hush storyline (Supes was controlled by Poison Ivy and Batman had the kryptonite ring -- just to make his punches effective). But there are PLENTY more if you do your research.
I can only recall Batman losing to Superman once... that is in Red Son (my favorite version of Superman -- EVER) and even then he had a hard time.

so Batman defeated Superman when he was controlled by poison ivy...that's why Batman used krptonite ring to defeat him...punches are not effective when it comes to Superman..only matters is krptonite...well Batman was doing his duty...tell me more if you have some time.. Not necessarily... the kryptonite ring is there to aid Batman -- but it will take more than a measly shard of kryptonite to take him down... but Superman knows Batman will know how to best utilize it. And of course Batman was just doing his duty... he doesn't go around taking his allies down for no reason.
Superman and Batman...Best team in this world.....it's good to hear that Batman defeated Superman b'coz it will be funny to make such a episodeif Superman defeated Batman b'coz Batman is human and Superman has advantage when it comes to powers....thnxxx friend for telling me such things...

you know bro this not the 1st time...but like past cases this time i don't want to hurt anyone feelings....in past i had hurt tehm by fault b'coz i don't know that she was in love with me and i always thought she was my good friend and then what happen i was hurting her feelings which i don't want to do now...i want to know is she really in love with me...this is 5th case..
