@Chaoslight: I'd be surprised if hololens get released during the Xbox One's lifetime. Meanwhile PS4 VR is slated to be released during the 1st half of 2016.
Secondly, hololens and VR are two completely different experiences. One is a HUD, that augments reality, VR is an immersive experience that puts you IN the game. Most games that are played, are in a seated position, so not being mobile is not a deal breaker.
Ultimately, it will come down to the quality of content, when it comes to both. The weight of the headset, as long as it's manageable, will be negligible, if the experience is enjoyable.
@kingoflife9 Keep telling yourself that, everyone knows when it comes to Exclusive, Sony and Nintendo own Microsoft. Only games good franchises MS has is Forza, Gears and Halo (which isn't even made by Bungie anymore).
