oh god no. it is a very bad game. the controls suck, boring battles, and since its a bad game it would take an hour just to find two ppl to battle in the wi-fi battles
its normal for the wii to do that. the overheating is caused by the room space where the wii is. but the wii was designed to stay on 24/7 so nothing bad will happpen
my favorite is Kingdom hearts 2, kingdom hearts, gta: san andreas, and god of war 2. and hopefully if Kingdom Hearts 2: Final mix comes out in the U.S. then that game would be another favorite.
i would change the grphics and the design of the wii, i mean who wants to see the wii console, it looks like a dvd player, just like the 360 that looks like a paper shreder. but i have a wii and its great so im not complaining.
there could be three possible explanations. 1. too far away from router or usb connector. 2. slow @$$ internet on pc(if using usb connector) or on the router(if using wireless) 3. Or things around the Wii are interrupting the signal. But if you have a dial up, then buddy you might want to download stuff while on vacation, and if u want to use the internet channel then start asking or get high speed internet like comcast or clearewire or dsl. mine goes fast and so i get fast downloads
