People say "where else can you play Doom on the go?"

An incredibly downgraded portable version of Doom at $60 just seems like a very hard sell. To state the obvious.

It's in stock everywhere now. Fully stocked from what I've seen. Might have good sales at Christmas but will probably plateau after.

The problem with New Order as well as The Old Blood is that gun fights are avoidable mostly. Even with shootouts it seemed like levels just had a couple of big areas. That's it. I'd prefer more maze like areas with more minute to minute shootouts. Now I avoided gameplay and trailers for New colossus so maybe it changed. I still enjoyed The New Order and The Old Blood.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein is probably my favorite.

They could run this on PS3 if they wanted to waste the resources. Doom on Switch runs at 30fps, much lower resolution, lower quality textures and other effects. Oh and the load times are abysmal according to Eurogamer. They were already long on PS4. I doubt any of this will be changed when it comes out.

Not sure who this is for. If anyone really wanted this game they probably already have it. It's cool for Switch benchmarks but not a reason to buy for most people.

All they had to say is that they had no idea. Nothing more.

The original had the same problem with the annoying fights. Hope the load times are better.

An update of an update just to say that preorders "should" be open soon.

The fact Gamespot even let you publish something as bad as this should tell you how much they have fallen as a game site. Been bad for over a decade.

This should be $30 at retail. Atleast he played on hard. You see a lot of sites review games and calling them short because of lower difficulties. Hard and 6 hours is pretty short. I usually play on hard then crushing to get more out of it.
