The PS3 has 512Mb of ram not 520 and like what's already been posted, 96Mb are dedicated to the Crossbar dashboard. The only thing you've seen outta the PS3 that is superior is 1st party devs something that Microsoft is lacking. When they do show the 1st party devs, fanboys are quick to make up excuses or just ignore facts.
