Patchwork stupid underhanded sloppy company. They should be sued for selling a product that they know doesn't work out of the box.
If you don't have internet will you buy that game? What are they even selling, plastic? There's almost no point in even buying the disc at all. Everyday I dislike Microsoft even more.

Microsoft at any time can hack anyone they want that uses their platforms, and steal their information without anyone knowing. They can sell information and data. There are no watch dogs in Microsoft making sure they play by the rules.
Humans lie, cheat and steal when it serves them especially if they know they can get away with it.
They're basically saying "trust us." Why would they be worthy of trust?
If Microsoft really cared about what the consumers thought, or listened to them and not only their bottom line they would make Kinect optional. They are full of crap.
Now we've just learned that the Kinect 2.0(Spycam) almost costs as much to make as the entire XBOX One game console. If you hate Kinect you could be wasting as much as $220 buying XBOX One.

Getting that Spybox in your house is more important then getting the console in there.
