So... I'm going to buy Sniper: Ghost Warrior in 8 of June 2010 or later... But I'm from Asia, can I buy that game for me to play while this game is only for North America?

eh you might be able to run Unreal II on low settings at a low resolution. Doesn't really fit your criteria though.
