@Fallenlords69: Actually, it's quite possible that the people at the top worry much more than the people working for them. This guy has a company name, a few hundreds of people, fans and himself to take care of through his management and development capabilities. His workers all have one thing to worry about: do his own job well. They may feel related to the developer's goal, they may feel the company's vision (or lack of it), but whether they stress themselves more or not depends on how much importance he put on this project and how responsible he felt for it.

But it's worth interviewing their employees.

I learned about Arkane Studios when they released Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Most wonderful medieval first-person RPG I've played. I was appalled by its lack of success, how little it was known, and how little time it lasted.

Its multiplayer was incredibly satisfying and the singleplayer... I played it over 8 times already and I'm always finding something new every time. They are a wonderful company, and I'm glad they found their place.

That ending was particularly good. Congratulations guys. I's also very sad.

They are just not giving any attention anymore to those who can't finish any match before it crashes since patch 1.03...

@PrpleTrtleBuBum: RPG means "Role Playing Game." By taking the role of a human thrown into another galaxy, in a futuristic setting, to find a new planet to call home, and choosing how you do that by interacting with characters through conversations and making (hopefully) life-changing choices is exactly the definition of "Role Playing." It does not need to be turned based, to have a tactical view, to have stats and gear or whatever else is common on RPG-titled games in order for it to actually be a RPG.

On Image 3, at the penultimate paragraph, "this screenshot of Dead Rising 2" doesn't take us to the said screenshot.

@FLOPPAGE_50: Chivalry was awesome, and then it was ruined by pseudo-fighting skills. Players had become good at manipulating the game's engine, instead of manipulating fights themselves. While the game is very much playable as it is, you cannot compete without using the same exploiting techniques the other players had to come to learn, instead of mastering the designed combat system.
