I was very excited when I first read reviews for Demon's Souls that stated how difficult it was, and how it easily had 80+ hours of gameplay. And I have to say that I am sorely dissapointed with the game. It was no challenge what so ever beating it, and I honestly felt my second playthrough was even easier (playing as a barbarian btw). And not to mention I my total time playing through twice was only 30 hours and I've gotten all but two of the rare weapons.

Dude, I think I know what your problem is. I used to have this problem last year at the University of Cincinnati. I had the same problem. Since you said you gave them the MAC address, you should be onto the next step. I had problems logging in and what you need to do is to go to internet explorer and sign in your user name and password. Once you get logged in with that, you should be good to go. I had to do this everytime I switched ethernet cables from my laptop to my ps3. I hope this helps. Let me know if it does.

That's the same with Ball State University, all I have to do is open up the internet browser on my PS3 and it takes me to the login page for BSU's network. Once logged in, the PS3 stays connected until it's turned off.
